1. Drop us an email at hello@hearthofhalcyon with the service that you would like to book: (a) Astrology (Profiling) (b) Astropsychology (Practical) (c) Astrology (Predictive) (d) BodyTalk (e) CranioSacral Therapy (f) Visceral Manipulation
2. Please note that your session will only be confirmed when (a) your time slot confirmed; and (b) payment has been made.
3. We do not issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
4. We reserve the right to decline booking requests should we determine that we cannot assist with your concerns. All personal information that has been shared with us will be kept strictly confidential.
5. We reserve the right to cancel sessions in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, to which a full refund will be issued.
For all astrology sessions, we would require your date, time, and place of birth once your booking is confirmed. Please note that we cannot work with imprecise birth times that are not known to the minute. You may order a copy of your birth certificate from the General Register Office (UK) or the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (Singapore).
