AS WITHIN, SO WITHOUT
How we feel on the inside defines our experience of the external world. Whilst changing extrinsic factors such as our environment may provide for some temporary relief on a bad day, we would not be truly joyful for long.
Sometimes, if we are in poor health, we would not be able to change anything external to alleviate our symptoms. Simply just being in poor health would feel like a perpetual struggle of existence, regardless of external factors..
What we could change and what is within our control is our inner landscape. Our physical body is a tangible guide to our inner landscape. Over time, we have forgotten how to attune to this living breathing vessel. Allow your busy mind to rest as we shift our loving focus to our bodies. It is time to reconnect with ourselves.
listen to your heart
Our sense of touch allows us to give and receive. It invites us to feel intimate, safe and connected with our loved ones. We hear of two hearts becoming one. We’ve been told to follow our hearts. But first, we have to be able to listen to it.
Intentional living
Living with intention requires us to make the most out of everyday seemingly mundane moments. It requires you to slow down and commit to doing one thing at a time, fully experiencing life through your five senses, not just your mind.
